Delete your DecideFrame account
You can permanently delete your account directly in the DecideFrame mobile app. Open the menu, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:
What will be deleted
- Your DecideFrame account profile, including your name and email address.
- Your saved decisions and their associated content.
- Your active authentication sessions.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. Limited records may be retained only when required by law or for security and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our privacy policy.
